The Registered Manager of Clemence Rogers Home Care is a Pharmacy Independent Prescriber - a pharmacist with over 25 years' experience of working within the community and supporting carers and care homes. Wendy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) to write private prescriptions when necessary and is very passionate about ensuring her service users get the best from their medication and are appropriately supported in using them correctly.
All our carer’s are professionally trained in care and first aid to Government National Care Standards for the Care Industry and are dedicated to providing assistance and support to enable our service users to remain at home rather than enter residential care. Our support is tailored to the individual needs of the service user and the requirements of their family. We aim to assist anyone who needs our help, including the older generation, as well as parents who need support and individuals who have complex care needs through disability.
Clemence Rogers Home Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all of our care workers are subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance. We work in partnership with other services and professionals to ensure the most effective care and well-being of our client to promote independence and to maximise their quality of life.
